Who we are. Auxelerate is a service of Summit Claims Advisors LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Questions: support@auxelerate.com.

What we collect

• When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company name and how you heard about us. We ask for a phone number so we can offer two-factor authentication and, if you separately opt in, send SMS alerts.
• When you use the service: which leads you view, save, and search for. We use this to operate the product and decide which counties to prioritize.
• When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy. We use it to improve the product, not to advertise to you. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Automatically: standard server logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps — kept for security and troubleshooting.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or use it for advertising targeting.

The lead data itself

The property and auction information in Auxelerate comes from Florida official records and auction sites. It's part of the official record, not personal data we collected about you.

Who we share data with

Each processes data under its own agreement and only to provide us that service.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access is restricted to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we don't claim otherwise.

Your choices

Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing support@auxelerate.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved leads, and account access. We retain records of consents you gave (such as SMS opt-in), support correspondence, and transaction records for as long as required to comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims — typically five years. These records are not deleted on request.

SMS

If you opted in, you can stop anytime by replying STOP or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account.

Changes

If we make a material change, we'll notify account holders by email and update the date above.
